Yes, yes they are. I like them very much, now that I actually have some idea of how to use them. It only took me half an hour of frenzied internet searching, but I finally found someone who actually told how to insert one into a picture. It seemed like every tutorial or tip I found was just saying how awesome textures were for those who know how to use them, but didn't offer the key piece of information, how to use them. Lol. I suppose I could have borrowed a book about photoshop from the library where I work, but that would have been too easy, right? Anyway, now I'm hooked. The next big thing is the new inking with ballpoints. I've got one scanned, but I may rescan it. Since the lines are much thinner, and the scanner was still set for thicker ones, the scan didn't turn out as well as I would have liked. Oh well, practice makes perfect!
